Botanica
Working with the team at Botanica, I was tasked with designing the menu for Evercore’s gala at The Pool in the Seagram Building in New York. The design of the menu took inspiration from the physical space. Photos courtesy of Botanica unless otherwise noted.

The square format of the menu takes its shape from the square, marble pool, designed by Philip Johnson that sits at the center of the room. The beaded aluminum curtains designed by Marie Nichols wrap the room in a shimmering golden hue. The curtains inspired the color palette and the reference to the curtains on the left hand side.
The menus were to be individualized for each attendee, acting in place of placecards, placed inside each napkin at each place-setting.
